										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The telephones using these cards has an &#8220;OWNER&#8221; who can program or load units on to the TELECARD, (ATC = Aplab Telephone Card) using the VALIDATING ENCODE MASTER Card (APC = Aplab Programming Card), (1000 units for early issue cards or 2500 for later cards). Other access and reset functions were administered with the SUPERVISOR ACCESS MASTER Card (AMC = Aplab Master Card). 3 color code identified which individual telephone the cards were for. Supervisor access master cards from the early colored issues are RARE!</p>
