This card is 2CTRA000495. Probably 1000 cards printed and most destroyed. Card number 2CTRA000102 is known as part of a complete matching set of Island Complimentary cards, all numbered 000102. Possibly only 2 or 3 complete sets survive with the T&T $2 included.
