Genuine deep notch cannot be faked, as the notch is actually in a slightly higher position than the shallow notch cards.
The USD $2 cards were intended for the collector packs, but T&T did not want it denominated in USD, and it was never issued in the packs. Some shallow notch cards survive with control 2CTRA.
