This card was used as an access card and could be coded for access to specific areas or levels at Sophia Antipolis (SA). It was used by both workers and executives of the industrial park. Telemediacartes made a number of cards for various projects here. These included Smartcard Payphone, Minitel, and more.

Sophia Antipolis is a massive technology park in the south east of France. It was designed in 1969 by French Senator Pierre Laffitte. Currently home to approximately 2500 companies. In the 1980's a number of American companies became residents during a major expansion phase. This led to a number of Telemdiacartes programs tailor-made for US company systems
