Probably multi function Smartcard including phonecard function, with Bull CP8 chip. Telemediacartes in association with Smartech supplied an initial Demo card for the 5th conference in 1988, and subsequently, a broader Smartcard issue was arranged for delegates at OASI 1989. This card without serial number. This issue for the 6th. conference is issued through Microcard technologies, the organization set up in 1985 in association with Honeywell Bull to organize and control CP8 technology in the USA. Telemediacartes were involved in the 1989 conference, but in association with MicroCard Technologies.

OASI is the Office Automation Society International, established in 1982, to address issues and technological developments relating to Computer networks, office engineering, and automated administration systems. Telemediacartes supplied a larger quantity of Smartcards for the 6th conference in 1989, and this may have included a card operated payphone. The meeting was hosted in Arlington, Virginia.
